Full meeting: The registration rate for the full meeting includes selected pre-meeting workshops on 6th July (Cancer and Bone, Muscle and Bone, New Investigator/Mid-Career Workshop), all sessions on the 7th and 8th July and lunch/refreshments on all days.

Clinical Day Pre-Meeting: The Clinical Masterclass sessions will run alongside the pre-meeting workshops and includes the Rare Bone Diseases Workshop and Supper. The registration fee will include all clinical masterclass sessions, lunch and supper. 

Day tickets: single day tickets can be purchased below. If you select this option, please remember to tell us which day you will be attending. Lunch and refreshments are included.

Reduced registration fee: To qualify for the reduced registration fee you must be a member of the BRS and paid up until the end of March 2021. You must also be either an undergraduate, and current MD/PhD student, or within 5 years if obtaining a MD/PhD, or an Allied Health Professional within 5 years of getting your degree or professional qualification. To confirm your eligibility for the reduced fee you must send the eligibility form completed by your Head of Department of Supervisor to events@boneresearchsociety.org within 7 days of registering.

Accommodation

Accommodation is available for £65 per night, at the Birley student Campus (approx. 15 minute walk from the meeting venue). The Birley accommodation are cluster flats which have an open plan kitchen, dining and living space with eight single ensuite bedrooms in each flat. Breakfast will be served each morning in the Brooks Building (a short walk across the central piazza). There is a local supermarket and cafe two minute walk away. You can book your accommodation at the same time as registering for the meeting.

 

Cancellation of Registration / Refund Requests

All cancellations of registration or refund requests must be made in writing to the Bone Research Society events@boneresearchsociety.org

Cancellation of registration or refund requests will be accepted until and on Monday 4 May 2020 – cancellation requests received before this date will be subject to an administrative charge of 10%.

For cancellations or refund requests made after Monday 4 May 2020 (for any reason including ill health) we regret that no refunds can be made or authorised.

Please send your email confirmation and receipt with the written cancellation. Refunds will be processed after the event.

It is recommended that all delegates take out insurance to cover their registration, travel and accommodation costs to cover the case that they are unable to attend or the event is cancelled for any unforeseen reason. The BRS takes no responsibility for reimbursing delegates’ expenses in such cases.

Delegates are fully liable for damages caused to third parties and property. All delegates shall have valid, comprehensive third party liability insurance.
