*To qualify for the reduced fee you must be a member of BRS/BORS paid up for 2019. You must also be either an undergraduate, a current MD/PhD student, or within 5 years of obtaining an MD/PhD, or an Allied Health Professional within 5 years of getting your degree or professional qualification.
To confirm your eligibility for the reduced fee you must scan a letter from your Head of Department or Supervisor and send it to events@hg3.co.uk within 14 days of your registration.

Receipts
You will be sent a receipt to confirm your registration. You should check this carefully to ensure that all your requirements have been confirmed.
Cancellation
Cancellations will be accepted in writing until 26 July 2019. Until that time a refund of 70% of the registration fee will be made. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after this date.

Accommodation
Accommodation is in student accommodation at the University of Cardiff in single bedded rooms.
The bed and breakfast rates are below and can be booked via the online registration form.
Single room with ensuite accommodation - £60 for a 1 night stay and £110 uf staying 2 nights
Single room with shared bathroom - £40 per night
All rooms are provided with internet access, towels, shampoo and soap and tea/coffee making facilities are available. Hairdryers and irons are not provided.
University accommodation is limited so book early to avoid disappointment.
It is recommended that you travel by public transport. Car parking is not available on campus.
