*To qualify for the reduced fee you must be a member of the BRS paid up for 2018.  You must also be either an undergraduate, a current MD/PhD student, or within 5 years of obtaining an MD/PhD, or an Allied Health Professional within 5 years of getting your degree or professional qualification.

To confirm your eligibility for the reduced fee you must scan a letter from your Head of Department or Supervisor and send it to events@hg3.co.uk within 14 days of your registration.

Members: You must be a paid-up member of BRS for 2018 to pay the member rate (you can renew on your membership page by signing into your account).  If you are not already a member you can join here.

Receipts 

You will be sent a receipt to confirm your registration. You should check this carefully to ensure that all your requirements have been confirmed.

Cancellation 

Cancellations will be accepted in writing until 23 March 2018. Until that time a refund of 70% of the registration fee will be made. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after that date.

Accommodation

Accommodation is at the Burma Road Student Village on the King Alfred campus (30 on the map – see link below). The meeting venue is on your doorstep (Stripe and St Aphege Buildings – 17 and 18 on the map – see link below).

The bed and breakfast rate is £65 per night (single room) and can be booked via the online registration form.

All rooms have a private bathroom and internet access. Towels, shampoo and soap are also provided. Hairdryers and irons are not provided.

It is recommended that you travel by public transport. Car parking is available, however there is no option to pre-book so cannot be guaranteed.

Accommodation is provided on a first-come first-served basis and availability cannot be guaranteed.
