ISBM members: We are delighted to offer our friends and colleagues who are attending the ISBM meeting which will take place in the same location straight before our meeting (4 - 7 July 2026) the opportunity to extend their stay should you wish to, and book for BRS 2026 at the BRS member rate. Please just select that option when you register.

You must meet criterion 1 and at least one of criteria 2-5:
Current BRS Member
In training / within 5 years of completing higher degree or specialist training
Annual income below £20K
Resident in a lower- or middle-income country
Retired

We recognise that attending conferences can be challenging for those with caring responsibilities.
Members may apply for a grant of up to £100 towards additional childcare or care costs to attend the BRS Annual Meeting.

All cancellations of registration or refund requests must be emailed to events@boneresearchsociety.org by Friday 8 May 2026 (10% admin fee applies).
After this date, we regret that no refunds can be issued (for any reason including ill health)
Delegates are encouraged to take out insurance to cover their registration, travel and accommodation costs to cover the case that they are unable to attend or the event is cancelled for any unforeseen reason. The BRS takes no responsibility for reimbursing delegates’ expenses in such cases.
Delegates are fully liable for damages caused to third parties and property. All delegates shall have valid, comprehensive third party liability insurance.
