Key dates
Friday 17 May 2019 - abstract form closed.
Monday 17 June 2019 - late breaking abstract form opens.
Monday 24 June 2019 - abstracts will be reviewed by the Programme Committee after the abstract deadline and submitting authors chosen for oral presentations and poster presentations will be informed on or around Monday 24 June 2019.
Friday 5 July 2019 - late breaking abstract form closes, authors will be advised shortly after this time whether their abstract has been successful.

Oral communications
Orals will generally be 10 minutes (7 for the presention and 3 for discussion).
Posters
There will be dedicated sessions during each day when presenters will be asked to be at their boards to discuss their data with other delegates. Posters are size A0 maximum (841mm wide x 1189mm high) (portrait format).
Poster pitch presenters will give a 90-second "pitch" to the audience in the lecture theatre.
