*To qualify for the reduced fee you must be a member of the BRS or BORS paid up for 2019. You must also be either an undergraduate, a current MD/PhD student, or within 5 years of obtaining an MD/PhD, or an Allied Health Professional within 5 years of getting your degree or professional qualification.
To confirm your eligibility for the reduced fee you must scan a letter from your Head of Department or Supervisor and send it to events@hg3.co.uk within 14 days of your registration.
Members: You must be a paid-up member of BRS or BORS for 2019 to pay the member rate (you can renew on your membership page by signing into your account). If you are not already a member you can join below:

Receipts
You will be sent a receipt to confirm your registration. You should check this carefully to ensure that all your requirements have been confirmed.
Cancellation
Cancellations will be accepted in writing until 26 July 2019. Until that time a refund of 70% of the registration fee will be made. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after that date.

Accommodation is on Campus at the University of Cardiff.
The bed and breakfast rates are below and can be booked via the online registration form. Accommodation is limted so book early to avoid disappointment.
Single room, ensuite bathroom - 1 night stay at £60

Single room, shared bathroom - £40 per night
All rooms have internet access, towels, shampoo and soap. Tea and coffee are also available. Hairdryers and irons are not provided.
It is recommended that you travel by public transport. Car parking is not available at the University.

If you are contacted by any other company or agency then please do not provide them with any personal details over the phone.
