*To qualify as a New Investigator you must be a current member of the BRS. You must also be either an undergraduate, or a current MD/PhD student, or within 5 years of obtaining an MD/PhD, or an Allied Health Professional within 5 years of getting your degree or professional qualification.
To confirm your eligibility for the reduced fee you must scan a letter from your Head of Department or Supervisor and send it to events@boneresearchsociety.org within 14 days of your registration.
Receipts
You will be sent a receipt to confirm your registration. You should check this carefully to ensure that all your requirements have been confirmed.
Cancellation
Cancellations will be accepted in writing until 24 March 2016. Until that time a refund of 70% of the registration fee will be made. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after that date.
A 2-minute walk from the meeting venue, Crown Place will provide you with comfortable and convenient accommodation. Each room is for single occupancy and includes a bathroom.
