Delegates may register for both the BRS Annual Meeting 2023 and the ECTS Congress 2023 through a joint registration portal. You may register for a single meeting or both, along with respective additional workshops and social events, and pay a single fee.

Full meeting: The registration rate for the full meeting includes selected pre-meeting workshops (Rare Bone Disease Workshop, Muscle and Bone Workshop, Cancer and Bone Workshop and New Investigator/Mid-Career Workshop) and then all sessions during the main meeting. Lunch and refreshments at the conference venue are included on all days.
Single Day tickets: Single day tickets can be purchased for the main conference days on Friday and Satuday. If you select this option, please remember to tell us which day you will be attending. Lunch and refreshments are included on each day.
Reduced/Concession registration fee: To confirm your eligibility for the reduced fee you must send the eligibility form completed by your Head of Department or Supervisor to events@boneresearchsociety.org within 7 days of registering meeting the following criteria:

Member Fees:
Member fees apply to members of ECTS only. Member registrations will be checked on a regular basis. Wrong registrations will be filtered and changed to non-member fees.
Trainee/Allied Health Professionals Fees:
Trainees = PhD students, Undergraduates, Residents, Fellows, Junior Post docs (within 3 years of PhD).
Allied Health Professionals = nurses, physiotherapists, radiologists, nutritionists and dieticians. To verify your Trainee/Allied Health Professional status, a written confirmation from your chairman, head of department or programme director is required.
Patient Group Representative Fees:
You are a member or a paid member of the staff of a patient organisation and the patient organisation is a registered charity. For more information, please visit here.
*Reach-the-World Fees:
For an individual participant resident in a country with a developing economy (CDE), including Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Group Registrations:
Group registrations (10 or more delegates) are done via individual forms. For group registrations, we kindly ask you to contact the Congress Secretariat to arrange details.
